Cancel and invoices
How cancelling a paid plan works, what happens to your sites, and where your invoices are.
Cancel any time
Open Billing in Lockpick and choose Manage billing. It opens Polar, our merchant of record, where you cancel. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. You can subscribe again whenever you like.
What happens to your sites
Your sites, reports and history stay readable. The Free plan scans 1 site at a time with 5 Pulse scans a month and no Deep scans. The first site you scan after the switch becomes your free site. To scan a different one, remove it from Sites: its reports stay, but scans you already used this month don't come back. Your other sites keep their reports but aren't scanned.
Invoices
Polar sells paid plans and emails a receipt for every payment. Manage billing in Billing opens Polar's portal, where you download invoices, change your card or cancel. The button appears once your workspace has a paid plan.
